Kaela came to the door, putting the finishing touches on the braiding of her hair. "Hello, Marim. Anything happen overnight? Everything alright?"

"Morning Lady Kaela." Marim said, her tone professional but friendly like usual. "I have good news. Mr. Reaver is up and moving right now. It seems whatever race he is recovers a bit faster then a Talbit, although since Sayains are the only other intelligent race we've encountered, I have nothing to compare to. Kate also seems to be more relaxed now. I believe it was just a combination of stress over her uncle and being around a new environment. This way."

Marim lead the young woman where the others were staying at. She had been working for the knights nearly all her life and had recently become the 'unofficial assistant' to Kaela when she took over things while Hirmia was away. Before that, the two had been friends so the shift was a natural one. Marim didn't mind helping Kaela with what she could; but politics were something she wasn't good at and had no interest in.

When they got there, the normal Sayain guards greeted them, as usual. Marim went straight to the healing tank area where Joseph was sitting somewhere, Kate was with him as well.

Joseph didn't notice at first, but Kaela's energy was far to hard to miss so it caught his attention quickly when he caught her presence approach. "Morning." While Kate didn't say anything, she at least seemed far more comfortable then what she was the first day.

"Morning to you two as well. How are you feeling?" Marim had heard a second hand report of things, but she liked to hear things for herself. You never know after all.

Joseph shook his head. "Been better, been worse. All and all, not that bad. I just need a bit more time to recover. I still feel tired for some reason, don't think it has to do with the injuries."

Kaela nodded a bit at that. "It's just fatigue from draining yourself of energy. It will pass. Now that you are more recovered though, would you mind telling us how you came to be here in a bit more detail, as well as a bit more about who you are? I don't mean to pry, but until the Princess returns, I am in charge of the safety of everyone on Tralbat, so I'd like to know about any... well, potential threats." She gave him an apologetic look.

Joseph could understand that. He was a completely powerful unknown that they had no information on what so ever. If she hadn't asked, he would worry a bit.

"No, no. I understand. It makes sense you want to know." Joseph then sighed. "To explain it the best I can. Me and my niece were originally on our way to Eldar; a planet a bit south from here. The ship we are had some issues and had to make an emergency stop. It got worse and I had to use Instant Transmission to get us out alive. Before then, I was feeling weak for some reason so it drained a lot more of me then it should have."

"Me and Kate are Alusarian's, a race from a planet called Alus. We're pretty strong phyiscaly and most of us are very good Ki adepts. Kate for example could use it subconsciously long before I ever taught her. Anyway, I'll do my best to answer any other questions you have."

Kaela nodded. So far so good. "Care to elaborate on what happened to the ship, that you had to escape in the way you did? You haven't said what exactly happened."

"Right, sorry. I should have said that from the start. Basically, the ship seemed to have some computer problems. There's parts of the ship that run manually, and other parts that run the more tedious task. That's the computers. For some reason, it was messing up; to the point it was damaging other parts of the ships. What doesn't make sense, its close to new and hasn't had any problems like that before. I couldn't tell you why. I don't know as much about the mechanics of ships. Me and Kate were passengers really. I remember the other people on it had to go on escape pods, but for some reason even a few of those started messing up. I don't think it was all a coincidence."

Joseph had thought someone might of tampered with it, but he couldn't figure out any sort of motive behind it. And if someone had, it would have to have been someone working undercover. If it was some type of terrorist attack, then it would have made some sense. He gave up trying to make sense of these types of things a long time ago.

Kaela seemed bothered by what she heard, but pushed it aside. "I see. Well, as far as I am concerned, you are welcome here, but I'll need to speak with the leader of the Tralbit people, as this is their home before it is ours. Either way, we'll still be keeping an eye on you for now, but we will try to help you get home."

"I will be there when you decide too Lady Kaela." Marim said, lacing her fingers together. It would be a good time to go with Kaela was a just in case, though she really didn't expect much of anything really.

Joseph was just grateful in general. "..Thank you. I mean that. I still feel like I should be doing something to help back out. But it'll have to wait until I recover a bit more. I'm no good to anyone like this right now."

Kate, who had been silently listening went to her uncle. "Uncle Joey? Could..could we get something to eat?"

He looked down at his niece and smiled. "Sure. Have to keep up all that energy of yours."

Kaela blinked, and sighed. "Can't believe I forgot. I'll have some food brought to you. I'll have them bring you a variety of food, in case you are unfamiliar with any of it, so you can decide what you like."

Joseph smiled but shook his head. "Hey, its fine. You're under who knows how much pressure trying to keep the peace and keep things in order. I don't envy the politics and responsibility that comes with leading. Also, fun little fact. Alusarian's aren't typically that picky with our food. We can stomach about anything and we have to eat a lot to keep up our energy."

He ruffled Kate's hair, making the little girl's face scrunch up a bit. He did that on purpose because of her dramatic reactions at times. "-Which is why my niece here can eat a lot more then a normal full grown human male could. Anyway, anything you have that you eat we're good for. Right Kate?"

Kate nodded to that.

"Very well. I'll send the word." Marim sent a quick word to one of her people present who nodded silently and left for now.

"Is..it okay if we go out a bit later miss Kaela? I don't like staying inside too much.." Kate asked, her voice was hard to hear at times.

Kaela looked at her, and smiled. "Of course. I'll have someone escort you and give you a tour later, how's that sound?"

Kate's face twitched into a small shy smile at that. "Okay."

No sooner then that, a few of Marim's kind came in with various kinds of foods on trays. Joseph didn't know what almost any of the things were, but a few things he could tell what they were. Some he could tell seemed to be some kind of meat, likely a native animal from this planet. Others, he wasn't too sure of. He'd find out though; he hadn't been lying when he said his kind wasn't typically picky. As if to highlight on this fact, Kate savaged her food.

Joseph couldn't help but be slightly amused. "Slow down. It's not going anywhere, and you might choke yourself. Relax."

The young girl swallowed, and slowed down. "Sorry uncle Joey."

Marim didn't think the two were going to be any kind of problem, at least as far as she could tell. It was a bit jarring to know the child was already many times stronger then her from what she could sense. Then again, most of the Sayain children were the same way. She didn't know if it was simply Ki or how their bodies were built that gave them that ridiculous amount of untapped power. They would also have to arrange something once it got settled with the leaders..not a thing Marim looked forward to. She loathed politics.

Never the less, she turned to Kaela. "I believe it may be a good idea to see them after this. I know they're currently gathered and not as busy as normal. I'll accompany you."

Kaela paused, then nodded. "You're right, as always, Marim. Come. Joseph, Kate, Myself and Marim have some things to do. If you need anything, just talk to any of the Tralbit guards. The Saiyan guards might be a little rude, so don't ask them. Also, please enjoy your tour later."

Joseph hadn't digged into his food even half as much as Kate, he had a few things on his mind so he was in no hurry. At Kaela's comment, he nodded. "That's fine. We'll see you two later." Kate waved to the two as they left.

"Bye miss Kaela!"

Joseph had to admit, Kaela was pretty attractive, he wouldn't mind getting to know her more but it was more of a 'wait and see' thing. He didn't know how things would go

It didn't take Marim and Kaela long to reach the building where the leaders were at, but there was only a few people present besides the guards. Most of the normal Tralbit leaders weren't there, instead just more of people on the council conversing on something. It wasn't until Kaela and Marim were let inside by the guards did one of the leaders address them, a few still stayed seated on the long table at the end of it.

The first one to address the only female Sayain present there was a older male Tralbit. "Kaela. What brings you here?"

Kaela stepped up, smiled slightly. "I am here in regards to our two visitors. We need to discuss them. Personally, I feel we should welcome them, but it is not my decision alone."

The man that had addressed Kaela was silent for a moment. "I don't believe that would be a problem of any kind. I assume you just came back from talking to them not too long ago?"

Marim nodded slowly. "Yes. We did learn a bit about them. They hail from a race called Alusarian's and they were on their way somewhere when their ship had an accident. I don't know much more then that, the term-logy for those things still confuses me."

A few of the other councilors seemed to mulling things over, but didn't comment. Save for a elderly woman, like Marim she was dressed in armor. They may have been a knight when they were younger but it was obvious they weren't in the front lines anymore. "Marim? What do you think?"

"I think they should be allowed to stay within our walls. I don't see any reason to turn them away at the moment. That, and we allowed the Sayains to stay here despite our less then stellar first meeting."

"..As if we had too many options then." A old councilor said under their breath, Marim ignored them. The woman from before gave them a look, they turned away pretending to look at something else interesting.

"As you say then. We'll allow them to stay. Though I would like you two to come back from time to time to let me know how things are going." The older woman said.

Kaela frowned a bit at mention of when the Saiyan's first arrived on Tralbit. Hirima was in charge by then, so it wasn't too bad, but it took her some time to get the rest of their race to completely stop bullying the weaker Tralbit. Even then, it was hard to keep the peace all of the time. Still, it was alot better than it had once been. "Thank you, and I will do that. I don't think they will but, if those two do indeed cause trouble, I'll take responsibility for it."

"That's fair." The old councilor nodded. "If there's anymore objections, I suggest you speak up about them now. Anyone?"

No one present raised a hand at the moment.

"Then its been decided. I have heard Hirmia may be on her way back soon. If that's the case you will be given more free time to yourself. Spirits know you've more then earned it by now." Honestly, the councilor thought politics wasn't an avenue that suited Kaela. "I will talk to this Joseph and Kate myself one day. But I believe this isn't being looked at correctly by some. Instead of a potential threat or baby-sitting, I think this may be a chance to learn something. From another race beyond the stars."

This. This was why Kaela liked dealing with the Tralbit. They were intelligent people, and seemed rather open minded. She loved her people, but they were notoriously hard-headed about things... "Thank you for your time. I'll be going now. If you need anything, please let me know."

"There is nothing else at the moment. You two go ahead and try to the enjoy the rest of the day. You're still young." With that, the elder councilman officially let the two young women go about their business.

When they left, Marim finally spoke. "That went far better then expected. I believe the same as yourself, that the two won't cause any trouble either. I have nothing else that requires my attention right now, besides a few more mundane matters."

Kaela nodded a bit at that. "It's actually the same for me. Perhaps we should take this opportunity to relax. I'd also like to get to know Joseph and Kate. They seem interesting."

Marim couldn't help but smile a bit to that. "If you hadn't suggested it, I would have. Let's go then, Lady Kaela."

When they went back there, Joseph and Kate were still around. The former saw the two and smiled a bit. "Welcome back. How did it go? Are we allowed to stay?"

Kaela smiled, nodding. "Yes. There wasn't even a fight about it. The council felt there was no reason to distrust you. Since they also felt we deserved time to relax, how about we keep you company? I'm curious about you both, and where you came from."

Usually, the response to a very attractive woman wanting to spend time with you and wanting to get to know was answered 'yes' by any sane straight man. This time was hardly any different. Kate didn't really seem to mind, she was already over the shock of what happened, which was the main reason she was so quite.

"I can do that." Joseph said, trying to sound netural. "You can ask me about anything about our race, culture or planet for the most part. There are something's I won't be able to answer though. Other then that, feel free." He used to want to study different races and cultures so he knew a fair bit about his and others customs. Not a true expert but more of a generalist.

Kaela nodded, and took a seat nearby. "Just... tell me a bit about all three. Then a bit about yourself, and Kate here." She was honestly curious.
