Personality: Kentaro is a calculating and sometimes cruel person. He thinks nothing of Kenji’s aspirations and finds the majority of his life laughable. He is currently using Kenji’s body as a life pod, recovering the powers he lost in death. For now, he merely sits back and ‘enjoys the show’ of Kenji’s struggling lifestyle. His original intention was to take over his body completely, but his plans changed as Kenji’s actions became slightly amusing over time.

Currently, Kentaro’s powers are greatly sealed. He is not only possessing Kenji’s body, but he’s using it as a protective canister of sorts. While he recovers his power, he observes Kenji’s life, though Kenji cannot see or hear anything while Kentaro is in control of his body.

Though Kenji has above average human stats, he is still far weaker than Kentaro. Usually, Kentaro will assume control in a dangerous fight. If, however, for some reason Kentaro wishes to fight of his own will, Kentaro may temporarily grant Kenji greater strength (borrow stats).

Ketnaro's 'Phase' ability allows him to pass through solid objects. He can pass through physical attacks and walls/floors. The energy required to phase through objects is high, so he can't use this ability for extended periods, or in very quick succession. He also cannot pass through attacks/weapons that are designed to hit insubstantial/immaterial creatures.

Special Techniques:

Slow: Kenta targets a foe to slow, halving their speed. Typically used at a close range. Can only be used on one target at a time.

Freeze: An upgraded version of ‘Slow’. Completely halts a target for a few seconds. Their perception and awareness freezes as well, returning to normal after the technique’s duration. This technique lasts for two seconds in real time.

Haste: Kenta doubles his own speed. Can be used in short bursts.

Soul Slice: Kenta runs energy through his dagger, increasing its sharpness dramatically. Able to slice through metal with ease. The dagger glows white.

Piercing Gaze: Kenta’s eyes gleam eerily as he extends a mental tendril into the mind of a target. Once there, he can block or even remove memories from weak-willed people. He can also read the immediate thoughts of the target, strong-willed or not.

Super Techniques:

STOP: Kenta extends the range of his energy and brings the area to a complete standstill. This technique can be held, but causes strain the longer it is held. Other time magic cannot be used during this technique.

ELAPSE: Kenta stops his opponent with a ‘Freeze’ and boosts his own speed with ‘Haste’. He then cuts each of the opponent’s vitals or limbs in an instant.

REWIND: A clock seal forms under Kenta. All objects and persons caught in the seal retrace their past actions from the last five seconds. Only Kenta and those outside of the seal retain memory from this ability’s use. This power drains Kenta’s powers quickly. As such, it can only be used once per day.

History: Kentaro’s original body was destroyed in his past life. Before he could be destroyed, he escaped into the Earth Realm and possessed an adolescent child. He quickly found that his powers had been stunted during the process of death. Kentaro lost the ability to use a great deal of his powers and abilities. He decided to hunker down alongside the soul of one Kenji Mukiboshi.

Life had gone well for the first few years until a few… complications arose. Two humans had become especially bothersome, so Kentaro dispatched them. It is because of this complication that Kenji’s life is now tied to Kentaro’s possession. If Kenta’s spirit is removed from Kenji, he will die. This problem came to be due to their closeness to Kenji. At this time, Kentaro placed a curse upon Kenji. A curse that would drastically limit the number of close persons in his life. Whether it was for his own good or amusement is still in question.

I have slight problems with the memory stealing thing(if its permanent) and Elapse to a certain extent. When it says freeze the opponent and speed his movements up while hitting their vitals in a instant. Does that mean auto?

Memory stealing is not permanent and goes by mental strength as well. It can be done to weaker persons (average people) but no one with an actual Soul stat. Evident by it barely affecting Kenji himself. He couldn't fully wipe his memory, and it will come back if something triggers the memory. That's mainly a plot ability that likely won't be used on others since it won't work
And Elapse is Kentaro using two skills at once. He freezes a target and speeds himself up for one second and attacks with his dagger. It's not an auto-kill, but a devastating attack. It can be defended against if the target uses time magic themselves. Kentaro also can't use the ability very often since it's very draining.

And the time freeze depends on users soul stat for how effective. So that said Approved.
