- Art Appreciation: As an enthusiastic student of art, Garry is well-versed in the various techniques and methods of creating art that mark a skilled artist. As a result he can determine if a piece was made by skilled hands, and identify ways to improve it. He’s not particularly skilled himself, but diligence can match directionless talent.
- Art Encyclopedia: Garry’s seen and studied many works of art and enjoys viewing it whenever he can. As a result, he’s capable of recognizing a large amount of paintings, both well-known and not so well-known, as well as identifying their artists and a bit of the history behind them.

He visited an exhibit of the famous ‘Weiss Guertena’ one day and was trapped inside of a nightmare-dimension made from Guertena’s works called ‘The Fabricated World.’ The place terrified him and he nearly died when a portrait of a lady in a blue dress came to life and stole a peculiar rose he found, causing many wounds to appear on his body and ultimately leading to him collapsing in a hallway. He had thought that was the end of him, but it was not to be as a young girl named Ib recovered his rose somehow and returned it to him. Despite being initially startled by her similarity to the painted lady, Garry quickly realized she was an ordinary girl and made it his task to keep her safe. It seemed things were going well - they’d found someone else, Mary - and they were in high spirits… until Garry was separated from the group. While on his own he discovered that Mary was actually another portrait of the museum and panicked, leading to him taking a risk and ending up locked inside a room full of disturbing blue dolls. The dolls insisted he play a game with them and when he failed the painting which inspired them drove him irrevocably insane...(Below this point is history from the site, not the original canon.) ...but not all was lost, it seemed, as Ib was unknowingly harboring a fragment of the goddess Anya’s soul, who took pity upon the three of them when Ib passed on, resurrecting the child and escorting them all out of the fabricated world - though she took Garry elsewhere to tend to his broken mind, as it would require a delicate touch and more time to heal than they had on hand._________________________Status: Alive.
