Personality: Cheerful and seemingly happy despite the things she's gone through, its more of a mask at times. She's childish and a bit impulsive but can say some rather mature things from time to time.

Restrictions: She heals much faster then normal, as long as she has some decent blood in her system(low amount, the slower it heals and the weaker she becomes physically) How long it takes to regenerate depends on the wound.
All and all, while she can survive normally fatal wounds like being stabbed into the stomach; it mostly has to do with her inhuman biology and regen. If she takes too much damage her healing begins to slow more and more until it will eventually kill her regardless.(That or losing her head means instant death)

I find the results thus far promising for sure. I had thought the project would be a waste, but the fruit of our labor are coming together.
Just today, we discovered Project Diva could survive extreme heats for extended periods. We found her curled into a ball after wards but besides being sluggish, she was alive.
One person asked me why have the apperance of Diva and keep it that way.
I told them it was simple. The project, while promising is just a prototype. If she ever were to escape, she would have nowhere else to go. What's more, the reputation of 'Diva' for those who knew about her is rather infamous and she looks just like her.
Simply put, even if she were to escape, she would have others after her. I suppose, there's many who don't who she was, but for those, like Nobus for example, she would be brought in. Then we could simply recapture her again.
The idea is rather ingenious.
I also have noted that the specimens crying has stopped bothering some of the more..green sciencetist. A weak and soft heart has absolutely no room for exploring the possibilities of science, the practically limitless potential made real by the work of mortal men.
And Project Diva, or Chelsa is one such little miracle.----------------

History:
Years ago, there was many projects going on about how to create artificial Chiropteran, a mysterious vampire-like race that's lesser known but noted for its ability to survive normally fatal wounds to most other races. Many failed attempts had gone to use this power for their own ends, including the Sif, which due to faults of their creators were unable to walk into sun light.
A more successful project thought of a different approach. A demon by the name of Lance became intrigued by the possibilities of this and thought of expanding it. To this end, he contacted Chimera Tech, and a certain branch of it became interested.
To that end, they gathered some DNA samples of the race, one of which included Diva(when she was still around) how is unknown but its theorized they got something small and hard to miss like a piece of hair sample.
Chelsa, also known as number six or officially as Project Diva was made with that small sample; effectively creating for once a perfect clone without the flaws. The personality was different, but otherwise it wasn't an concern with them. She was kept isolated in a small room most of the time, her only company occasionally the T.V.(when they brought it in) or her toys.
Because of how she was made, she reached 'adult' form very quickly but didn't have a healthy and normally stimulated childhood. As a result, her mental abilities are a bit stunted but she is by no means stupid as certain test had concluded she had a rather abnormally high IQ.
She was tested for other things as well. The people in charge would see how much damage she could take, if she could survive extreme heat or cold for extended periods. Each test they tried to find out what things she could survive from, finding the results intriguing and promising.
Eventually, one of the people working took enough pity on the girl to free her. Since then she's been in a strange world she knows almost nothing about. That was until she was later taken in by the Hunter family.
