Special Techniques: He doesn't have many of the 'standard' fist techniques, rather many of them are unique attacks from training or some he developed on his own.
Teleport: He can teleport medium to short distances. Vanishing in a swirl of leaves. He can do this a few times in a row before needing a few minutes to recharge.
Dragon's Charge: A slight revised version of the Tiger's charge. The difference between this one and the normal variation, is the fact the user is covered with energy. Making them almost look like just a glowing ball moving at a high speed.

History: Juro's past is very similar to Hotaru's, as they grow up together. Having no real parents to look after them, he had to grow up and mature much faster then normal. Eventually, the two were taken in to be trained so they could perhaps make something of themselves under a Overlord.
They had something of a rough start at first, being fired from the first two. The first one they were fired from failing to retrieve cookies at midnight(they managed to come back at 12: 02) Eventually they ended up working for the young Overlord Laharl, but it remains to be seen how that will go.
