Restrictions: Amelia uses weapons that channel her Mana into bullets and ammunition. Each shot requires a miniscule amount of Mana, thus she can fight for hours before fatiguing herself. She can switch her ammunition type at will, before firing. ‘Deflect’ can be used quickly and requires greater amounts of energy for stronger attacks.
‘Adrenaline Burst’ is a move that uses Amelia’s stored Mana. As long as her eye patch is on, she is storing excess Mana to use in battle. This is a technique taught through discipline and concentration; she cannot use it while unconscious. The longer her eye patch is on, the greater amount of Mana she can store and the longer she can hold the technique in battle.

Air-Rounds: Amelia fires compact bullets of Mana typed to wind. These sharpened bullets shred through armor and weaken barriers. They may also be dulled to cause high concussive damage.
Stun-Rounds: Amelia fires compact bullets of Mana typed to lightning. On contact, these bullets disperse and send a powerful electric charge through the target.
Deflect: A solid shield of Mana forms around Amelia, protecting her from energy and projectile attacks. Higher concentration is required for physical assaults. Works exceptionally well against Mana attacks.

Adrenaline Burst: Amelia removes her eye patch and unleashes stored Mana throughout her body. Her Mana stat doubles and her Speed/Reflexes increase by 50%. She gains flawless aim and her bullets deal considerably more damage. The longer this technique is held, the weaker the effect becomes. Amelia must replace the eye patch and store Mana for at least one day to reuse this ability.

History: Amelia was born and rasied in New York city. Her father, Henry Burns, still works in the Special Task Force of local the NYPD. Somehow, the straight-laced officer fell for a loose cannon of a bounty hunter, Gabriella Noel. Their combo of lax and strict parenting raised a strong-willed child, but sometimes rebellious child.
Ever since she had the ability to hold a gun, Amelia has trained and honed her marksmanship. Under the guidance of her parents she developed a few techniques of her own. Having only practiced against her parents, Amelia was more than eager to strike out on her own and find her passion. She acquiesced to her parents’ requests of attempting their professions first. Though life as an officer certainly had its moments, Amelia had a larger appetite for action that couldn’t be quelled by intermittent missions.
Her trial run as a bounty hunter was progressing quite smoothly as she tracked her first target. Amelia located her mark far off in Japan and had closed in on the rogue assassin. For days she tailed him, whittling down his stamina and forcing him to ground. After a full week, she had finally cornered him in a forest. She perched herself in a tall tree, watching his every move from afar. All of her senses were focused on her target. She checked the wind, lined the shot, held her breath and squeezed the trigger.
In a puff of smoke, her target vanished. In his place, a small boy appeared. Amelia gasped in utter horror as the bullet tore through the boy’s shoulder. She abandoned her rifle and sped toward the boy with utmost haste.
By the time she reached the boy, her target was long gone. Amelia approached him with unimaginable fear and remorse in her heart. She expected to find a heavily wounded child. Instead she saw a young teenage boy sitting against a tree, silently patching his arm. He looked up at her and smiled.
“Pretty good shot, considering you missed.” Amelia’s thoughts were brought to a screeching halt.
“That guy’s long gone. I can help you find him, if you’re interested.” The boy stood up and brushed himself off. Amelia was speechless. Was this kid for real?
The boy, one Yuji Hamamoto, was actually one of two heirs to the Hamamoto Medical Corporation. Amelia had been tracking her target through the forest behind his estate. The surveillance team, having witnessed the event, quickly tracked and assisted in the assassin’s capture. As a show of respect and apology, Amelia signed on to become a maid to repay the estate with her skills.
Five years have passed since her initial bounty job. Though she has long since repaid her debt, something has compelled her to stay. To an extent, she had found her calling.
