Personality: Jenny is usually happy most of the time and full of energy. She's earnest and outgoing and loves being around friend. Her somewhat naive and trusting nature has at times been taken advantage of. Such as wanting to fit in at her old school with two mean spirited girls that would never accept her in the first place. She has, over time, gotten much better but still has her moments.
Despite her usual sweet nature, she
can be a bit mean if the right buttons are pushed. In particular, anyone who messes with Bubbles or her mother.

Powers: Superhuman stats, healing and regeneration.

Restrictions: For stats, see stats. She can heal at a fast rate, depending on the severity of the wound but it runs on her internal energy. It takes out more and more of her the more severe the wound and often to the point it could stop working. Her regeneration works on a similar method. Her head is the most vital, if destroyed(not cut off, but crushed) she would die instantly.

Weapons and Precious Items:
Jenny has a variety of built in weapons/equipment which she uses to compliment her fighting style.
Eye Lasers: Short to medium range eye lasers, mostly doing piercing damage. Not that strong usually but can be useful for taking someone off guard or hitting odd angles.
Melee Weapons: Jenny can morph her hands to a variety of melee weapons. Such as a mace, sword and the like.
Beam Cannon: A large, powerful cannon for energy attacks used for heavily armored/powered opponents. It can be charged, but only to the extent of what Jenny can currently handle.
Sonic Blast: A concentrated sonic-based attack. It'll look like a green beam covered in red circles with the beam going through. It's, as expected good for taking out opponents with good or extremely sharp hearing. Moderate range.
R-X Gatling Gun: A rapid fire gun, it can do either energy blast or projectiles. The projectiles are 33MM Talkon rounds. Talkon are a special kind of magitech metal that grow harder over age, the strongest can be used on warships where they can comfortably take a high grade nuke and not notice. Jenny will round out of these rounds, but they can replenish themselves over time.
Stun Net: For a non lethal way to deal with things, Jenny has a energy net as strong as herself that can trap her opponents. The net will dissolve after a few hours.
Energy Missiles: Jenny has a couple of these, high grade and yield energy brand. While they do recharge she has a limited amount she has at a given time.
Pulse: Can create a strange Magitech field(range varies on Jenny) that makes intangible beings able to be hurt and attacked like normal.

History:
Jenny, or XJ9 was created in another dimension on a alternate earth from a woman named 'Nora Wakeman'. In that world, the earth had been attacked numerous times from various things, up to including alien invasions and other types of monsters. As a result, Nora Wakeman was charged with making a being that could help defend the earth and relieve some of the pressure from those in charge. Jenny was born as a result.
However, not happy with just that, Nora did other things. Such as giving Jenny free will, emotions and the like. There were something's she couldn't do, such as give Jenny a sense of touch, able to eat, sleep and a few other more 'human' functions. Nora at first was scared of letting her daughter out, for fear of no one accepting her. This proved to be wrong, as Jenny did in fact make some friends.
Some time later, Jenny met some other super heroes. The Powerpuff Girls moved from their home town to where she lived. One of the youngest, Bubbles became very close to Jenny and the two have been attached to the hip ever since. Together they continued to help protect the people. This continued until a accident with a votex Wakeman and the Powerpuff Girl's father sent them to another world entirely.
The first place they ended up, was a planet called Eldar. While trying to figure out a way to get back home, they ended up helping the place a few times during their stay. As a result, Jenny was allowed to be upgraded--both with more human functions and combat ability. The group eventually ended up back on earth, even if it wasn't their earth. Even if they can't get back home, they have for the most part adjusted.
