This is nothing truly 'official' or hard set, but rather just something of an idea of the power scale at large on the site. In each one it rates 5 to 0. With 5 being the lowest and 0 being the top or just the single most unique member before going to the next one.
Low(Normal Tier)
This is self explanatory, people that are pretty much normal. That may have some hand to hand and other skills they picked up, but nothing out of the ordinary. Normal tier covers everyday people to low-end superhumans, that may be enhanced peak humans or just a few tons at the most.
Mid(Adventurer Tier)
This is where most people with powers and special skills go. They are above the norm and cover a wide range of people of various power levels. Examples being Adell Kronos and Levante Brunel.
High(Paragon Tier)
This is the beginning of the truly big leagues; and the general tier were Z-Fighters(and beings of that class of power) reside. This is basically the make or break point, the people who get here, don't often raise any further. Though there are exceptions to the rule as with everything else.
High(Transcended Tier)
If a character finds themselves here, it means something. These are beings that are for all intents and purposes, may as well be gods power wise. While this tier is the home for immortals usually, you will find cases of mortals who have far exceeded the heights of power and limitations of their kind, becoming something much more then what they are.
The characters in this tier, usually at the bare minimum are singular threats to the universe at large by themselves. The strongest Old One's and Alpha in their prime made even the likes of Omega Shenron look like gnats. Other character examples include: Joseph Reaver, Matrix, The Eternal, Rein Hita. The Alphalim(Prime) Anya(Prime)
In short, if beings find themselves belonging to this tier and a person says they are one of the strongest in the universe(counting the other realms) then it means something, as it carries weight.
