Tactical Espionage, Infiltration, Stealth tactics, multiple martial arts master, wilderness and urban survival skills, while he can survive in a desert climate it's not his strong suit. Kombat tactics, expert military strategist. Domestic skills include cooking and self care. Master in the use of Melee weapons and ranged weapons both modern and ancient. Also trained in the use of poison and is an expert in computer technology. Ice bending Lin Kuei style.
________________________________Abilities: Hydro has the ability to bend Ice and Water to his will. Hydro also has cybernetic implants and limbs. His cybernetic eye allows him to see in a multi spectrum. This includes infra red, ultra violet, gamma and x-ray. His cybernetic arm allows for enhanced strength a(though not super strength) and is resistant to most caliber and types of ammunition. i.e. he can use it to shield himself. It also houses his High Intensity-Low Temperature Energy Beam or H.I.L.T. beam for short. Hydro's leg is reinforced and has many compartments that house a number of weapons. Both melee and ballistic.

__________________________________Personality: Hydro used to be fun loving and sarcastic. However after being subject to the Cyber Initiative he's lost something. His sarcasm is darker and his emotions a bit more cold. There is a light deep inside of him though only a few can bring it out.
___________________________________Powers: Water and Ice Bending___________________________________Restrictions: For now Hydro only knows how to Bend Ice and Water and only those techniques laid out by the Lin Kuei. He needs to find a master or text to learn from. Those are very rare.
____________________________Special Techniques:Ice Ball: Hydro launches a burst of freezing air towards his opponent. This freezes the ambient water around them Holding them in place for a few seconds.
Ice Slide: Hydro crouches down and slides forward as though sliding on a sheet of ice. Hitting his opponent knocks them down.
Ice Shower: Hydro launches shards of ice into the air to impale his opponent.
Ice Clone: Hydro makes an instant clone of himself and if his opponent touches it it not only shatters and causes damage it also freezes his opponent in place.
Ice Sword: Hydro creates a sword out of ice and can use it as a melee weapon.

Freeze Decapitation: Hydro freezes his opponents head and then takes them by it. Smashing it down on his knee.

He naturally took to his training in the style of the Lin Kuei. Growing up with the children of other Kombatants he quickly made friends and soon they became his family. They Called themselves The Amigos. He never figured out why. Together they had many adventures and fought many battles together. Through his adventures he lost his hand. It was later replaced with a cybernetic limb. Then, The Cyber Initiative happened.
Once Hydro found out it was almost too late. He was on the run for months then Sektor cornered him in Las Vegas Nevada. Beaten and captured Hydro was tortured. They wanted information of the remaining Lin Kuei. The so called "Traitors. When they couldn't get the information they wanted from him they scheduled him for Cyber implants. They were going to take everything that made him Hydro and turn it on his friends and family.
They were a third of the way through the process when Kuai Liang Infiltrated the assembly facility and rescued a number Including Hydro and Cyrax. However the trauma he had been through left it's mark. Now back on the run Hydro seeks out other assembly facilities and Cyber Lin Kuei.
