Personality: Shurahime's personality depends on which form she's in at the moment.

In her birth form--that is, her Oni form--she is, simply put, boisterous and noisy... and always ready to throw down. Or, lacking that, ready to drink and party. Quite fond of teasing those she likes, both normally and sexually.

In her 'human' disguise, she is much different, being very serious and strict. She is very effective at her job--a model employee--but not particularly social. Still possesses an enjoyment of teasing those she likes, but it's far more subtle.

Her 'true' self would ultimately be somewhere between those two extremes, which is pretty much the result of her intentionally playing a role in each form... for fun.

Special Techniques:
Kishin Kanabo - Charges demonic energy into her Kanabo and then strikes. Upon impact, it explodes, increasing damage dealt upon a direct hit and creating a hard-to-avoid AoE attack against more nimble opponents.
Oni Storm - Charges demonic energy into her horns, forming a pair of large energy balls on the tips. Can either be used to enhanced the power of... well, a headbutt or fired as a ranged attack.
Gravity Hammer - Charges demonic energy into her Kanabo (or body/specific body parts if disarmed), creating a "fake" gravity that causes objects (or, more appropriately, opponents) to be physically drawn towards the charged object. Can be released upon impact to create a gravity "field" that hampers the enemy, especially in terms of speed.

Cheap Tricks won't work - Less a technique and more of a passive. Through rigorous training, Shurahime's energy has developed the quality of being able to hit non-corporeal things, such as spirits or those using intangibility. After all, it's boring just having your attacks whiff all the time.

History: Shurahime was born centuries ago to fairly typical oni parents living on Earth. And, as far as Oni childhoods go, hers was pretty typical. They occasionally had trouble with with the local humans, but nothing serious... for a time.
However, eventually, rumours had spread about her family enough to draw the attention of a local lord, who gathered together an army, of all things, and assaulted their mountain home, to slay the 'evil oni' that lived there. Her parents, despite not being fighters, gave their lives to buy time in order for her to escape.

For years after that, she wandered, getting into trouble--fights and scuffles with both human and non-human alike--gradually gaining experience in the fighting arts. Eventually, she reached a point where even a human army wouldn't be much of a threat and she settled on a mountain--the very same mountain she had lived on as a child, to be precise.
Occasionally, wannabe monster slayers would show up and attempt to kill her... usually meeting a grisly end. She was by no means a bloodthirsty monster, but rather, most refused her attempts to talk them into standing down and, preferably, leaving her alone, so she simply killed them. Some did indeed stand down and leave, and she let them do so without harassment.
Eventually, one individual did something unexpected--he stood down and then... asked to stay. An odd request, but not one she was completely against. She took this young man, a human(?) named Kenji, under her wing and eventually began teaching him the ways of battle. While Shurahime typically fought as a bruiser, she was in reality very experienced and skilled... it was simply more fun and sporting, for her, to eschew those skills unless really pushed.
The boy also seemed to develop certain... desires for her. Again, she was not against the idea, but she wouldn't accept anyone that wasn't her equal in her eyes. Kenji had the potential for that, she felt, but at the time had yet to live up to that potential. Still, she liked the boy, so she did use those feelings to motivate him. Prove himself as her equal and she'd become his wife. Simple, yet effective.
Then, one day, Kenji simply... disappeared. She knew him well enough to know that he simply wouldn't have abandoned his pursuit, and that meant, in all likelihood, he had gotten himself killed somehow. As much as she tried to deny it, this realization weighed heavy on her heart, and she came to blame herself for effectively driving him to his death.
However, she knew how to deal with loss and had no choice but to continue living... so she did. Centuries passed and she eventually left her mountain and she eventually came to be called the "Kishin", which can be variously translated as "Oni God" or "Fierce God". She knew for a fact that she was no god, but found it amusing and...
...well, for lack of a better term, 'cool', so she simply accepted the moniker.
In the modern day, she has a job that many would consider quite surprising for an Oni... that of a "Cultural Exchange Coordinator" for Nobus--that is to say, she helps those new to modern Earth get situated. And, even more surprisingly, she actually seems good at the job. She also occasionally acts as a 'normal' Nobus Agent, when needed, but those instances are few and far between.
