Personality: Like her mother, Reiko has a flirty and teasing side... though she takes it up a few notches. Unlike her mother (and sister, for that matter,) she has a notable wanderlust, having chosen to become, for lack of a better term, an adventurer. She very much enjoys seeing new things, meeting new people, and, yes, helping people when the need arises.
Very sexually open and adventurous, but not quite as libertine as she presents herself--she has to get to know a person and, most importantly, like them before she'll consider them a potential partner.

Ki Ball: GREAT BALLS OF FIRE. Note: not actually fire.
Ki Shield: Exactly what it says on the tin.
Ki Sense: Can sense ki energy--both its nature and intensity. Can also sense, to a certain extent "hidden power".
Hide Ki: Conceals her ki, though people with keen ki senses can potentially still pick it up, especially if her energy suddenly spikes.
Multi Form: Can create up to three copies of herself, for three times the fun. Her power is divided among the copies equally... so... 1 copy = each half, 2 = 1/3rd, 3 = 1/4th.
Flash Kick: Charges ki into her feet, then performs a vicious upwards kick, followed by somersaulting away to gain some distance. Both an offensive and defensive/evasive manuever.
Drill Bullet: Your standard ki bullet attack, with one difference: it spins, increasing its penetrative capability.
Big Magnum: A beam attack of moderate power. Can be charged for greater effect
Flechette Barrage: Creates a large number of tiny energy disks and launches them at the enemy. Individual disks typically can't do much damage, but
Space Aura: An ability learned from her mother. Allows Reiko to fight in space (or similarly inhospitable environments) for a time.

Last Resort: An attack that becomes more effective as a battle wears on. Takes the residual ki left over in the environment from both her own and the opponent's attacks (if applicable) to launch a massive, final attack. In and of itself, not that tiring, but the very nature of the ability means Reiko will likely be exhausted when initiating it, anyway. Notably, the 'form' the attack takes is entirely mutable--it could be anything from an energy sphere to an energy beam to a cutting disk or whathaveyou... it's entirely up to the user's needs and desires in a given instance.

History:
There's not much to tell about Reiko. She was born to Aleka Cardan, a notable Acorian Z fighter, had a relatively normal life except for her ki training, and when she reached adulthood, she set out on her own to have fun. Ya know, meet people, see new places... that sort of thing.
She has made something of a name for herself as a wandering hero/adventuerer, though. She hasn't dealt with anything too major, but she has helped defend against a planetary invasion or two during her travels.
