Personality: Koyuki exhibits introverted habits and has a quiet voice. She prefers to read and hang out in quiet locations rather than going out. In contrast to her behavior, Koyuki is very expressive and isn’t afraid to speak her mind, causing her to be rather blunt at times. Her extracurricular activity of choice beyond the student council is gymnastics; only because she especially enjoys the exercise. Koyuki is very book smart but can come off as a scatterbrain.

Restrictions: While in her spirit form, Koyuki can possess other humanoid creatures for a limited time (1 minute per Natural Ability point). She must have at least one ‘Psyche Chain’ connected to a person to possess them forcefully. Consensual possession does not require the use of a ‘Psyche Chain’.
Koyuki’s spirit form also allows her to phase through objects and persons alike. Physical attacks cannot harm her in spirit form, though exotic/elemental attacks deal damage normally.

Special Techniques:
Psyche Chain: An ethereal chain composed of spirit energy. Can be used for whip attacks or grappling foes, objects, etc. A target grabbed by a ‘Psyche Chain’ can be possessed.
Possession: Koyuki enters the soul of another creature. While possessing someone, Koyuki can influence the victim’s thoughts, speech and actions. She cannot fully take control of a person nor can she permanently alter their thoughts. She is able to slowly drain energy from a possessed victim. Alternatively, she can increase the vessel’s stats by adding her energy to their own.
Healing Wave: A healing technique that speeds up physical recovery. Koyuki must maintain physical contact to use this ability.

Super Techniques:
Soul Bomb: Koyuki summons numerous Will o’ Wisps to converge on her opponent, causing heavy fire damage before resulting in a mighty explosion. This attack leaves Koyuki drained afterward.

Super Forms:
Spirit Form: Koyuki transforms her body into a spiritual form. Physical attacks no longer affect her, though elemental and exotic attacks still cause harm. She can also phase through people and objects in this form, as well as possess foes. Koyuki’s hair and eye color change to blue in her true form.

History: Koyuki was born with spiritual abilities primarily inherited from her mother. She didn’t come into her powers smoothly; her adolescence and puberty were made more awkward by her inability to control her spectral properties. Social isolation was unavoidable. As her parents worried for her wellbeing, they enrolled her at Yokai Academy when the time came.
Today, Koyuki happily works with her two best friends, Morgan and Salihah, in the Student Council.
