Power Systems: It's based off a newer, better up to date solar powered device also known as a "Aia Generator" which is named off the creator of item. It allows a vehicle using it to operate indefinitely as long as sun and the like is out. When during night time, it stores forty hours worth of energy. In effect, war machines powered by these devices never have to worry about refueling in most cases.

Abilities: Has the ability to hack computer and similar devices. It also has a Universal Translator built in(more magitech) this along with its ability to hack communications allow it other uses outside of combat ability.

Defensive Systems: It's made of hardy materials that allow it take up to 120mm worth of shots. The process and armor was made by Dwarf methods, known for their overall construction of strong materials. Supposedly the material is known as Lurnaium.

Cloaking Device: Allows it to literally cloak and vanish before the eyes for a period of two hours. Radar and missile jamming devices.

Portal Drive: Allows the use of 'portals' to transport to point A to point B. It's done by use of the computer provided there's some sort of link, or way point. It couldn't for example make a portal to another planet with no link.

Weapon Systems:

Quad Bomb: Essentially an energy artillery piece that functions out of the internal power source of the gunship. It's very high yield explosive power capable of mulching the standard armor defenses. Relatively slower firing range, but has long range and immense destructive fire power. It has a 'splash' damage of about four hundred feet. However, it can be condensed down to much smaller AOE(Area of effect) to prevent friendly fire. Quad Bombs look essentially like green comets when fired, leaving the same colored trail.

Quad Bombs can also target airborne targets, via heat, electrical or magic energy lock ons.

Maximum Range: One hundred Miles.

Rate Of Fire: Five shots per minute.

Payload: It can fire indefinitely, as long as the energy of the gunship last.

Medusa Cannon. A powerful anti armor cannon that is capable of mulching normal armored units. It fires 80mm shells that are created out of cloned Akanator scales, then reinforced with other metallic allows. It provides it with quite the punch towards armored targets.


Maximum Effective Range: 5 miles

Rate Of Fire: 60 rounds per minute

Payload: Entirely depends on the outfit at the time.

Port/Starboard Hard-Points: Capable of mounting a variety of weapon systems, primarily multi-rocket or missile pods. For maximum ordnance capacity, smaller racks can be attached to the outsides of the pods (as shown in attached picture). A few examples of possible rockets or missile types are listed below.
- Scatterable micro-rockets: One long range fire-and-forget rocket which releases between one and five dozen smaller bomblettes or dumb-fire rockets to 'pepper' an area (usually meant for use against soft-skinned vehicles or dismounted infantry)
-Guided missiles (laser, heat, GPS (smart), etc) (air-to-air, air-to-surface)
-Torpedoes.



Maximum Effective Range: 1000km / 600 mile combat range. (reduce by approximately 10% if sporting the added payload racks for heavy engagements)
Weapon range depends on style of missiles or rockets, ranging between 8km / 5 miles to upwards of one to 200 km at most. Usual payload allows for guided missile strikes up to 25 - 30 km range.

Rate Of Fire: Dependent on type of pod/rack system attached. Onboard guidance systems are capable of tracking upwards of 16 vehicle targets simultaneously.

Payload: Dependent on style of pod/rack, usually between 4 to 16 per pod (missile/rocket size, range, and power rapidly diminish the smaller the weapon is, naturally)

History:

ATH-21 Khamsin is a relatively new addition to the Earth forces. It was made by a variety of races as a "Anti Armor" Gunship and does it purpose well but owes its general idea hailing from Russia. Overall its a bit slower then other Gunships but can take a lot more damage before it actually goes down; essentially being a airborne tank.
