Gaia Beam: A small white blaster (weapon) that fires an intense beam of light. Can sear through most materials. Runs on power cells that steadily recharge automatically. This gun has a limiter on it that can be removed for powerful shots that quickly drain its power supply. This gun can also be combined with the PK Blaster to become the ‘Starstorm Trigger’.
PK Blaster: A small black blaster (weapon) that fires shots of different elements (fire, ice, thunder). Runs on power cells that steadily recharge automatically. This gun can be combined with the Gaia Beam to create the ‘Starstorm Trigger’.
Starstorm Trigger: A special gun formed by combining the Gaia Beam and PK Blaster. Fires either concentrated blasts of powerful energy (resembling PK Starstorm ‘stars’) or one large beam. Quickly depletes power supply (only a few shots or one beam), but slowly regenerates energy automatically. Jeff’s most powerful weapon and prized invention.
Heavy Bazooka: A weapon that fires powerful homing explosives. Carries three shots at one time; each missile causes a massive explosion.
Shield Killer: Device that emits a powerful pulse. Temporarily disables barriers of magic and technological origin. This device requires a recharge time after each use.
Neutralizer: Device that creates a neutralizing barrier. Absorbs energy/exotic attacks for a limited time. After running out of power, this device requires a recharge time.
Star Pendant+: A star-shaped pendant enhanced by Jeff’s own magi-technology. Reduces elemental damage and increases durability. Always active.
Mechanic’s Kit: A compact kit that holds myriad tools used for machinery repair. Designed to have the appearance of a metallic shoulder bag. It also contains each of Jeff’s weapons.

History: Jeff was always the top student of his classes. He grew up in a boarding school in Winters, away from his father. Jeff never knew his mother; she left his father when he was only 3. It was also at that age his father left him to the Snow Wood Boarding School, far too grief stricken to competently raise his son. Dr. Andonuts locked himself away in his lab and threw himself into his inventions for 10 years before seeing his son again. Jeff, contacted telepathically by one Paula Polestar, sought his father’s help to join up with Ness and his friends to save the world. After the conclusion of their adventure, Jeff continued to study machinery and the driving force behind Psychokinesis.
