Personality: Kyo is quite and soft-spoken most of the time, not completely without social skills, he seems to keep to himself. However, when comfortable and relaxed he can be more open, and even playful.

Super Levels: Enlightened Form, gains the standard tattoo and a burning black aura that leaves a slight after image. He can maintain this for a limited period.
Special Techniques:
Fighting Style: Rayzoku. It's the belief that Dark and Light powers in their natural state are not inherently evil. Rayzoku is a result of tapping into one's natural 'Dark Ki'. Which most of the special moves are based off on.
Surge Ball: This move is more or less like the commonly-used fireball technique, except it's energy-based instead of actual fire. It does much more damage then one would think.
Black Out: By concentrating the dark energy within himself, he creates an expanding bubble-like sphere. It not only cancels out some special moves and attacks, but knocks them back a good ten feet. Itimes.
Dark Impact: This technique propells himself forward at an quick speed, an fiery black aura sorrounds him during this. His fist will be covered with dark energy upon impact, hence the name. This is the weaker version of the final version of this technique. Only older, more expereinced users know the other one.
Teleport: Allows him to teleport, short to medium range only(16 feet). Can be used three times in a row, then about a five minute cool down.

History: "Do you remember what I've told you Kyo? The power of darkness and the power of light in their uncorrupted pure state are neither inherently good or evil. But the actions behind them make it so."
It was something Kyo's master always said but never really understood when he was younger as a boy. Ever since he could remember, he's always had a passion for the martial arts but his family never had much money so he was left out in the cold. One day he met a man that did things he didn't think were possible out in the woods. The skill and power behind it instantly had the young Kyo hooked, he had to be taught.
Unfourtnately, the man had flat out refused at first, saying he was too inmature for his art. And try as he might, Kyo couldn't get the man to teach him. It wasn't until later walking home one day did he witness a few thugs picking on a girl. While not that great of a fighter at the time, he did distract them long enough for the girl got away. Luckily, he was saved by the very same man who chased them off. For a while he did not say anything, then he offered Kyo a hand with a small smile and said simply:
"Now you're worthy."
It confused Kyo at the time of why he would be, since he hadn't won the fight. Never the less he trained with the old man who's name he refused to give for some reason. And when he was old enough, it was simply said there was nothing more he could teach him and set him off. Now he wanders the world to learn and reach the level of his master, as well as undertake a possible student one day.
