History: Diedrich Schuermeyer married his childhood sweetheart while the two were studying at the Leipzig University, where he attained PhDs in political and social sciences, as well as history and law. During a UN led mission in Libya, extremists attacked the embassy with a vehicle born suicide bomb. Three foreign ambassadors were killed and over a dozen staff. Diedrich was amongst the survivors, although he was severely wounded. Two years later, the then 50 year old man, was back to work in Libya. He was selected as Earth's ambassador to Aenerald in light of his long history of success in Earth's many conflicts.
