Able to almost always recover her arrows in perfect shape
due to accuracy. In most cases, either her arrows can be used again or they hit
the target so hard they obliterated into splinters.

Because of her higher intellect and training, she is able to
pretty much hit anything with an arrow. Able to almost perfectly hit her target
on the mark; has gotten to the point that she can choose which organ to pierce
when observing prey.

Notches on her Bow: She can notch up to three arrows on her bow.
Two arrows: Great for assassinations, because when she calculates the trajectory, each arrow lands in a vital organ.

Abilities:

Standard abilities to her race.
Transfers her ki into the arrows she uses in combat to boost their damage and
speed.
When sufficient ki is transferred into an arrow it becomes unstable and
explodes on contact. A longer hold on this shot will transfer greater energy
into the arrow. however it will become “heavier” in the sense that it will fly
perfectly straight at whatever she’s pointing at. The use of trajectory or wind
will have no effect on exploding arrows.

Personality: Incredibly headstrong. Gets the job done but does it her way, with
flair if anything. Always quick on her feet and sometimes too smart for her own
good.

Powers:

Standard powers to her race.
Soul Bow: Using her max amount of ki, she can conjure a
silver bow as well as arrows if she doesn’t have any on hand. Due to vigorous
training methods instilled in her by her father, she can keep this up for a
maximum of 20 minutes before her ki subsides.



Can take blunt force trauma from a bat or a thrown fist.


Able to lift little more than one ton, such as a car.


Barely able to dodge bullets – still in training.


Natural combat instincts, regarding hand to hand, and
reflexes to counter or block most hand to hand attacks.

Restrictions:
Despite said combat instincts, she has little to know ability handing
swords/knives longer than six inches or heavy items such as maces or axes.
While certainly capable of wielding such items due to her strength, she is
better with a bow and arrows.


After using her ki to create her soul bow and arrows, after
twenty minutes her items automatically disappear. No ki can be used for
approximately ten minutes; ki recharges. She’ll have to escape or find other
means to defend herself.
Exploding arrows takes more concentration than ki-infused arrows and acts as a
power shot. It will become “heavier” in the sense that it will fly perfectly
straight at whatever she’s pointing at. The use of trajectory or wind has no
effect on exploding arrows. The longest hold duration for her strongest attack
is five minutes, after that she’ll either have to lower her weapon or release
an arrow. If she does neither her bow will break/soul bow will disappear. Ki
recovery will take twenty minutes if this happens.

Notching Arrows: She can't put her ki
into three arrows. She can put some in when she notches two arrows but
the accuracy goes down.

History:


Her father was ex-military and mother a simple human. After
both she and her father outlived her mother, her father, long retired,
officially moved them to the environs of Alus. Since she was a child, Eriel’s
father trained her to become a strong fighter, starting with strengthening her
hand to hand skills and developing her weapon style when she reached
adolescence. Then started her survival training. Her father would hire a
chopper and fly her deep into the wilderness. For three months she would have
to rely on the training he’d taught her and survive. Then she would rest three
months, though still train and build upon her knowledge and experience, and do
it again. This continued on for years until she got good enough at tracking
that she found her way home. For awhile this became the norm and the goal was
not only survival, but returning home as well.


Eriel had mastered her hand to hand techniques and archery
just as her survival training began; when she started finding her way home, she
had almost completed her training with imbuing her ki and her weapons. By that
time, her father was near the end of his lifespan and had taught her all he
knew. Some time before his death, he revealed that he’d sired another child.
With the little information he provided, Eriel spent years tracking her lost
sister down. Ironically, they’d lived in the same city when she was a child.


She took it upon herself to adopt the girl, now an orphan,
and teach her the same way she had been trained by her father; though with greater
difficulty. The child was half Eldarian, female as well, and not nearly as
strong as she was. After the girl nearly died during the trek to her home,
Eriel almost returned her home if not for her need for companionship.

Looks good so far Anza, just a few things to clear up. Is she a full Alusarian(thus adopted) or if born making her half since one of her parents is human. Either way, for convenience sake, even if she was half you could put she has the standard powers(or abilities) of her race to cover everything on her race bio.

Also, you have the special/super techniques a bit confused. What you listed is more akin to skills. Special techniques are more named, we'll special attacks and what not.

Like for example:

Sonic Gale: Dachi will spin like a top forward his enemy, creating a large gust of wind around his form cloaking his body. In this state, he cuts down whatever happens to be in his path at the time. He can maintain this in short burst(about thirty seconds) before needing a few minutes before use again.

Force Bolt: A bolt of lightning that both shocks targets and throws them back. Can be used to deflect projectiles as well.

Spark Trap: Coltan vacates his current position at a blinding speed, leaving ball of lightning in his place. This ball will detonate when touched, releasing an explosive charge of electricity.

And so on, see a pattern? You don't have to use that format if the character doesn't have special named techniques. As for the age, it seems they would be close to the end of their life span, then again Alus is way(way) ahead of earth technology wise so just simple medicine could extend her life considerably.

Anyway, probably just make the special and super moves to skills, make sure it says she has the standard race powers and Approved. Any questions just ask.

I do want to add a technique I forgot to put... or maybe its an ability... or skill... I keep mixing them up ^_^"

I'm going to see if I could explain it make a bit more sense. Try, I confuse myself at times lol.

Skill: Basically, things you can learn. Like if they can ride a horse, fix a car or maybe they learned magic. However, in the cases like they learned magic or what not they'd have to put the spells or whatever in special moves.(Or perhaps under power depending on the style and what it does)

Power: Stuff your character can do. Whether it be race powers, control of fire to superhuman strength and so on. Restrictions are just that, the extent of your characters powers.(I.E. If you guy has super strength, then under restrictions its how much they can lift. Or if fire, what's the extent of stuff they can do with it)

Abilties: ..Kinda tricky. Basically, for the most part minor things. Like enhanced senses. Or maybe they have a natural knack at fighting.

Anyway I got side tracked. That would be under a skill to answer your question. What also may help is to look at some of Fuzzy and my characters as well.
