Personality: Learned to be stoic out of necessity. To cry in front of a more powerful demon only makes them want to hurt or dominate more. She's very stand-offish unless she knows a person pretty well and has a hard time trusting new people. Her gut feelings saved her a lot as a kid so she listens to them. Zaharinka is very protective of those she cares for and has a guilt complex from having been protected so much at other people's expense when she was a child.

Enhanced Senses, especially her hearing.
Sense Demon. - Zaharinka's demon heritage allows her to sense when other demons are nearby. The more powerful the demon, the greater the distance she can feel them from and the more 'presence' she feels in her mind. This can be negated by forms of cloaking.
Shock. - Zaharinka has an odd shock power. She generates electricity and is able to manipulate it through her hands. She can make just a small shock, like one would get from a static shock. She can also charge her hand with no visible effect and lure someone into taking her hand to electrocute them. She also has been known to arch the shock power over the blade of her dagger, lending the weapon strength and possibly electrocting her opponent.

History: Zaharinka's mother, Inkeri, was a wood elf warrior who was captured and sold to the underdark of the demon realm. She became the favorite of a demon lord and was used to pleasure himself and his guests. When she became pregnant with Zaharinka and wasn't forced to terminate the pregnancy, there was no telling who the father really was. After Zaharinka's birth, they still couldn't tell, other than the father was a demon and not of the other races Inkeri was forced to encounter. Zaharinka grew up the friend of the demon lord's son, working mostly in the manor's kitchen and gardens. After some horrorific encounters that left her traumatized and phobic of sex, she and her mother finally were set free when she was 13. They went to the only known free city in the demon realm, Haven, and tried to survive and then save money to return to her mother's forest. Zaharinka's natural abilites and somewhat impish nature led to her thieving and becoming part of the Thieve's Guild. By chance she encountered the demon lord again when she on a job at age 17. She was raped and later found she was pregnant with her daughter, Tanith.
