Restrictions: Her physical speed, strength and reflexes are 5x human in peak physical condition. Her durability is up to low caliber guns(like run of the mill pistols) Her recovery rate comes from her nanomachines which repair her body, when damaged. How long depends on the wound(I.E. cut a few seconds, something broken an hour)
Her energy saber cuts and acts like normal sword and can be stopped like a normal sword.

She can change her arm to a cannon which can fire moderately powerful explosive balls or beams of Photon energy. It has charge capabilities but over charging can either damage/kill her or weaken herself since her strength and the like runs on her own energy.
She also has two unassuming blue bracelets(one on each arm) these are in effect 'Power Limiters' that limit the amount of power she has and cuts off some of her abilities. They were created as a fail safe in case she ever turned on her on the people who experimented on her and would be easier to contain.

History: Megan was created from a long process of trying to find a happy medium between the 'traditional' battle androids and artificially created beings. She was made by Doctor Hanson, a man who lost his wife and family some years in a pirate attack(not the bugs). Before then, his main focus had been using robotics and the like to help people in completely peaceful means.
After that day and much later in his grief he concentrated his energies on making something which turned out to be Megan, a prototype Battle Biodroid. One of the main reasons for making her was for revenge, but Hanson began to realize there was perhaps more constructive ways to go about it. As such, he began raising his 'daughter' the best he could and to teach her to use her gifts to help and protect people.
Later, the planet was attacked and over run by the Kaze Empire(same people who experimented on Lana Trinity) though Megan had put a well enough fight as she could she was far too outnumbered to do much. The invading forces found her and after scanning began to notice something intriguing and different about the girl, so they took her back with them. Not before placing two limiters on her arms to severely her strength and access to her other abilities. They took Dr. Hanson as well, after figuring out the two were related.
It was about a month stuck as a guinea pig as they tried to figure out exactly how she worked so they could replicate the process and improve on it, but no such luck. Dr. Hanson refused to tell them, and they couldn't kill him as he was too valuable. Some time later, Megan and her father escaped because one of the younger researchers began to take a liking to her. They were unable to pursue the two however, due to the fact an Alus fleet had caught up to them. Having done some reckless things including one of their factions attacking an civilian colony allied with Alus, they had a fight on their hands.
With them having much bigger problems to worry about, Megan was able to get away safely in a smaller pod. Her hope had been to get to Alus after hearing the stories about it, but instead they ended up some place she didn't know much about.
