Personality: Sometimes it's a bit hard to know what to expect for her, since she seems to be her own person. Through and through though when things come to worse she's their when people need it. Felonius has a bit of a scholarly side of her as well.
Powers: Super strength, endurance, stanima, speed and reflexes. She also has the power over electricty, either using it as a straight forward weapon. Has the ability of flight.
Restrictions: The electricity tires Felonius the more she uses it, and can only fire the electricity in a straight line or a AOE(Area of effect attack) about twenty feet from her person, but doing so is very draining. Lastly, she can charge her melee attacks with electricity(for about ten minutes, then needs a fifteen minute cool down) Flight slowly drains on her energy. Can fight for five hours straight.

Because its so large, very few have managed to use it properly but shes one of the exceptions. Not unbreakbale but still strong.

History: Felonius, wanders from place to place but seems to have no real destination or purpose. For the most part she's trying to find some sense of purpose in a strange and constantly changing world. But more then that, she's trying to find her place in a world that has changed so much to what it had once been before. Most of her earlier history, remains a mystery.
