Restrictions: Melissa is impervious to lightning attacks. Instead of taking damage, when she is electrocuted or hit by a lightning attack, her body will convert the energy into power for herself.
Melissa does not enjoy fighting. She usually holds back when forced to fight, and will not use her Super Techniques or Super Form unless she is seriously angered. Even then, she will not kill her opponent.

Special Techniques:
Recovery: A healing spell that cures light and medium wounds.
Feather Rain: Melissa flaps her wings and launches razor sharp feathers at her opponent. Can be charged with electricity to cause piercing damage and numb her target.
Electro Ball: Melissa packs a small ball of lightning into her hand, and detonates it after throwing it at an enemy. Can also be used in smaller concentrations for melee attacks.
Chaos Ray: A miniature form of the ‘Chaos Bolt’ spell. Melissa concentrates on one foe and drops a strong beam of light upon their head. Can also be fired from her palm.
Magnetize: A defensive spell that creates a barrier around Melissa or another target. Deflects energy attacks while pushing away physical attacks/attackers.

Super Techniques:
Chaos Bolt: After an incantation, Melissa rains countless powerful beams of lightning onto her foes from the sky. Each beam deals high pierce/lightning damage. More beams of electricity can be cast, but at the cost of much greater energy.
Electronegativity: After an incantation, Melissa creates a tiny ball of light near her target. The ball then grows exponentially, drawing in anything close to it. Fierce amounts of electricity form a torrent inside of the ball, putting immense pressure on those drawn in. After a short time, the ball explodes. This spell tires Melissa out for a short time afterward.

Super Forms:
Trance: A powerful mental state that unlocks Melissa’s inner potential. Electricity will discharge from her body and arc around her occasionally, and her eyes turn silver. In this state, each of Melissa’s stats double. After releasing this state, Melissa will become fatigued and have to rest before fighting.

History: Melissa has lived a fairly normal life thus far. Instead of seeking a job right out of college, she continued her studies to master basic studies (math, science, history, etc…) so she could become a teacher. She particularly favored elementary positions; the children were simpler to teach and much more darling than any other grade.
As she grew older, Melissa practiced her natural abilities to a certain extent. She only wished to be able to defend herself, so she trained thusly. She learned karate and mastered a few spells. Fighting is not something she enjoys; should Melissa be forced to do so, she tries her best not to seriously injure her opponent.
At nearly turning a century old, she was blessed with her first child, Elise. Her mate, however, was not such a fortunate person to have in her life. Once she caught him cheating, Melissa threw him out of her life. Infidelity and cheating are of the highest crime in her eyes.
