General Description:
Dreater's came from ancient Egpy and were created by the Egptian gods as guardian's of their people against various malevolent spiritual entities. In the modern times, their numbers have dwindled but you can see them at various places. There has been stories of families living in haunted or disturbed areas, only to have the evil presence vanish without a trace.
Dreater's could best be described as 'Dark' Guardian Angels who are suited to fight spiritual monsters but are no slouch with physical either. But they're in fact demons.

Home Lands:
Their homes are the lands of Egypt and the various settlements within them. Over time, they have moved to a variety of places.

Language: They know the native Egptian langauge, as well as English being the most common.

Personality: Their outloook is 'work hard, play hard'. Many of them are serious and fierce guardian's have a disdain towards laziness. However, they can relax with the best of them when they need too. Dreater's are incredibly loyal to things and people they care about and like learning about new things.
Dreaters as a whole need to be around other people. If they are simply idle all the time they will often begin to feel depressed.

Physical
Description:
Their natural form are shadow-like creatures(though it can vary a bit more). Their 'human' form are usually darker skinned and have Egyptian features but that isn't always. There is a almost ethereal quality about their looks when in human form, in contrast their natural form could both be terrifying to those who don't know better; or comforting to those who do.

Life-Span: They are said to be immortal in the sense of living forever unless killed. They can actually(if they wish it) give up their immortality for whatever reason. In which case they still have incredibly long-lived lives. Exact date is unknown.

Abasi, Adio, Bennu, Darius, etc

Relations: The Dreater are open-minded about about the various humanoid races, preferring to instead judge more on a individual basis. Naturally, given their nature they have a deep hatred for actively malevolent spiritual entities, and the feeling is mutual as the two will often try to destroy each other when encountered.

Natural Power Set:
(EX) All Dreater have superhuman physical stats, but there is no real clear 'base'. The average is 1-2 tons and they can increase all their abilities through training. They can also fly, supernaturally in either form.(In point terms, they start off with sixty)
(EX) Human Form: A Dreater can learn to take a human form at will. In their Dreater form their energy and physical prowness doubles
(EX) Astral Travel:
A Dreater can travel through various supernatural realms and planes as a normal person can walk to a local store. This is more commonly used to enter somebodies dreams(or somebody being possessed) so they can take care of the problem from the inside.
(EX) All Dreater can turn their form invisible or not, making it visible when wanted. However, their human form is
always visible. In addition they can phase through solid objects such as walls and the like. Advance enough Dreaters can phase through certain energy attacks, provided they have enough time to react.
Lastly, Dreater can form a 'bond' with a certain person. This allows them to interact more with the person they bonded with in their dreams even when not present and otherwise help when not there. The bond can be severed by either party at any given time.
(EX) Enhanced Senses. All Dreater have enhanced senses(including Dark Vision)
(EX) Empathy, Dreater have the ability to 'feel' emotions of people. This ability is limited within a quarter of a mile radius. They can turn it off or mute it.
(EX) Telepathy: They have the ability to talk via the mind, the range is based on the skill and experience of individual Dreater. It can be blocked out.
(EX) Energy Sensing: Dreater can sense energy, but are far more adept with spiritual entities.
(EX) Holy Fire Manipulation:
They can manipulate black 'holy' based fire from that does more damage to evil aligned beings or especially spiritual entities. Unlike traditional fire, they can make it solid if they wish as if it was physical. They can also put their own fire out if its burning something its not suppose too.
In some cases, its other colors besides black.
(EX) Disruption:
They have the ability to tamper, or effect with the supernatural and or magical nature of beings to effect allow them to be killed. It doesn't weaken the target or anything so they still have to do it under their own strength, but its just the ability to.
(EX): Given their nature, Dreater have no problem seeing spirits and the like. They also have the ability to physically touch and hurt them as if they were physical. Their attacks have a purifying effect on evil spiritual beings.
They also have the ability to 'close' or otherwise open doors(Astral ones) this primary goes with someone opening up a gate of a realm with evil spirits and the like. A Dreater can also purify a certain areas(mostly blessing a item/ward and the like) that acts like a deterrent for spiritual predators.
(EX) Dreaters have fast healing and regeneration(the later they have to concentrate on) with something broken can heal within minutes. The limits of their regeneration is their head, it goes, they go with it. Their healing and regeneration drain on them, so the more damage they take the slower they heal after a time if they lose too much energy.
