Restrictions: Can lift five tons. Speed/reflexes are ten times someone in peak physical condition. Durability is blunt damage, and blades as long as they are sharper then normal and swung with more force then normal. Bullets can hurt him, but he's more resistant to run of the mill pistols(9MM)
His angel blast base damage is about the same as a thing of Dynamite, but he's capable of charging. It also drains him physically with over use. Healing drains on his energy and he can't heal illness. Exon also can't heal serious internal damage(I.E. a missing lung)
