For stats, see stats. Healing depends on the wound, a cut would take a most a few seconds, a broken bone a hour. As far as surviving 'normally fatal wounds' she can do things like get impaled in the stomach, take the offending sword out and keep going, or damage to a vital organ(such as blood loss) she can't, however, survive things such as having her heart crushed,(or her lungs) beheading and the like.
Her ice manipulation is moderate(things like walls, making throwing shapes etc) and drains on her. With her demonic energy, she can make a solid energy whip, which is about as strong as herself. For the rest, see special moves. All of these drain on her energy the more she puts into them.
