Physical Description: Normal Form – Puu mimics the form of a character it had seen. It wears a red ribbon, red dress and brown shoes. It has pink hair, blue eyes and clear blue wings.
Scarf Form – Long, bright yellow scarf. Worn around Sam’s neck.

Personality: Puu’s personality is not unlike a child’s. It loves sweets and can be bratty. It is completely loyal to Sam, however, and will listen to her unconditionally.

Powers: Shape-shifting. Strong resistance to light and fire. Cannot be poisoned. Telepathy (immediate.)

Restrictions: Puu cannot use magic, nor can he fight outside of his Scarf Form. It can stretch, shrink, harden and soften. It can also grip, or attack, objects with the ends of the scarf.
As a sprite, its stats do not grow naturally. It can become stronger when powered up by its creator, but it will not grow unless its ward surpasses it. In other words, Sam must become stronger than Puu for him to get powered up.
In any form, it can communicate telepathically. However, it must be touching the person it wishes to talk to.
If defeated, no matter its form, it will revert to its egg form: a small orb of solid light. If the orb is destroyed, Puu will die. When exposed to sunlight, it will regain its original form after one day.

Puu was created by Raphael, Sam’s father, as a guardian sprite for Sam for her 18th birthday. Its gender is unknown. Since its birth, it has watched over Sam and learned much about the world around them. It has grown attached to Sam due to her pleasant treatment toward it. It doesn’t need to eat, but it likes the taste of food.
Originally, Puu could only transform between its Normal and Scarf Forms. For that reason, Puu can only fight in its combat form, Scarf. It unexpectedly developed a personality and displayed the ability to learn. Through practice, it can morph into different objects. It cannot fight in any other form, however.
