Personality: Ruto has two sides to her personality the first one is where she is the regal princess of the Zora race and she presents herself as such when in front of her father. The second is her true self, she's rebellious, spontaneous, a little flirty and possessive that's on a bad day. On a good day she love to joke and laugh. She has a very up beat personality. She does have her moments when she's lost in thought, however those who know her will understand she's thinking about her prince.

History: Destine to rule the Zora princess Ruto was trained since birth to do such a thing. At an early age she was found to be the Sage of Water and was committed to a life of preparation. But her heart is to wild she seeks more than just sitting around and throwing parties. She wanted adventure, action, romance.
Several years later she was granted her wish. She was swept off her feet by a prince of a far distant land. She was intended to marry this prince and they had many adventures. But as all things do it eventually came to an end. The prince returned to his land and she saw not of him in years. Her heart ached for her lost prince and she longed to see him again. The man who stole her heart, her Arabian knight, her prince of the dessert, her Ali.
Soon after that her worst nightmare came to fruition. The invasion began. Gerudo forces invaded first Hyrule and then the lands of the Zora. They wielded a power she had never seen in her lifetime. Technological weapons and armor fueled by Magic. As her home was over run with the evil King's forces she joined up with her long time friend Princess Zelda, now going under the alias Sheik. Ruto maintains her secret and Joins the resistance.
