Physic and being what he is) He's also capable of processing things
faster then a normal human.(This doesn't mean he'll learn things super
fast, rather in a high-speed fight he'll be able to react better)

Personality:
Mewtwo,
for the most part keeps to himself and his own but can open up if you
spend time with him. He's pretty protective of his own kind and has a
strong distaste for others being used or bothered because of how they
were born, since he was much the same way.
Powers: Super human
Durability, speed and reflexes. Telekinesis can create a barrier of PK
energy(used in slightly different ways) and make balls of physic energy.
Telepathy.
Restrictions: Can lift a tank, with effort with
his Telekinesis. His speed and reflexes are several times someone in
peak physical condition. His durability is mostly blunt damage, but
piercing or explosive damage does just fine against him.
His
barrier can stop up to Super Attacks(can take a max of one, maybe two
hits), and can only make it around himself or a small area to protect
others or use it as a 'ramming' attack when inside of it. Alternatively
he can have a Much weaker version(like half strength) which instead of a
normal barrier, a blue-colored physic aura comes around him and acts as
defense. It's only half the strength of his normal barrier and slowly
drains on his energy, can't be used for long periods of time. To make up
for his lack of super strength, he can 'empower' his physical hits with
the same energy, allowing him to hit with much greater force then
normal.
His balls of physic energy do about moderate high damage
and drain on him. Over use will tire him out. Telepathy can be blocked
out and doesn't work on things such as androids.
Special Techniques:
Raine Dance:
Mewtwo can make it rain over a medium area. However, it only last for a couple
of minutes and then has a cool down period before use again.
Thunder Bolt: The standard, but powerful and fast bolt of electricity
does good damage and a straight forward attack. It's more powerful then
the standard T-Bolt due to
Mewtwo's higher then average special attack.
Transform:
Mewtwo can use the 'transform' skill to disguise himself as an human.
Super Techniques:
Aura Sphere: By focusing,
Mewtwo can effectively concentrate a ball of energy and unleash it with
devastating results. It does high damage and explodes in a wide area
attack.

History:
Mewtwo was created to be the strongest Pokemon ever on a long forgotten lab.
It was there he learned that he wasn't born but 'created'. This in turn
caused him to take out his rage on the scientist and in turn destroying
the lab. After wards, a man from Team Rocket offered to 'help' him
discover his purpose and learn to control his powerful abilities. At the
end of the training,
Mewtwo once again asked what his purpose was, only to find that the human said his purpose was 'serving him'.
In rage once again, he destroyed the place he was at, and then left to do things his own way. To make a long story short,
Mewtwo eventually learned along the way that it didn't matter so much how you
were born, but what you did with life that mattered the most that a kind
trainer taught him.
Since then he's being protecting his own
brethen and trying to learn more he could about the world. He hasn't
been seen since, until now..
