Personality: Calm and quiet, thinks deeply before speaking. Always thinks of others and what their reaction would be before she voices her own opinion. Wiser than she appears, Dracia is gentle and charming in her own, shy way. Always generous and caring to those that are smaller and weaker or can't defend themselves.

Powers:
Green Flame: A fire that burns green when ignited from her breath. When ash from this flame is created it is deadly and poisonous. Large animals may feel ill if in continuous exposure, humans get sick if breathing in only a few moments. Will almost always kill small creatures after immediate exposure as the breathing pathways can easily become blocked or simply the poison hits the bloodstream too fast.
Green Venom: Depending on the amount secreted, the victim will live up to three to four weeks no matter what size. Larger animals have a greater change of survival, creatures as big as a dog or cat and smaller die instantly. Humans roughly have twenty four hours to live.
Dragon strength: (Dragon form) Lifts 3500 lbs max. (Half form) Lifts 1000 lbs max. (Human form) Lifts 650 lbs max. Can lift a tank. Can bear the force of an oncoming train.
Tough Hide: Able to withstand the sharpest of blades.
Big Boned: Even her bones are able to handle heavy hits from great warhammers or bludgeons. Do not break.
Reflexes (Human/Half form): In her smaller forms her reflexive abilities are top notch. Able to catch a flying dagger midair or, combined with enhanced hearing/smelling/sight, predict an attacker's position and counter strategically.

Restrictions:
Black Flame: Strongest of the flames. Can be manipulated at will if still burning. Does not harm herself or Rage.
Antidote: The only antidote to counter Green Venom is found in her blood. Poisonous properties do not apply to all characters; those with poison immunities.
Reflexes: Although her dragon form is keen to sight, sounds, and smells, due to her bulk, she can't react as quickly. The extent of these reflexes in her human/half form is being able to catch objects that can fit in the palm of her hand. She may, if she sees the attacker first, dodge bullets with some skill but cannot begin to attempt to catch one in her hand. Naturally if a small object, such as a walnut, is tossed to her of course she can catch it.
Tough Hide: While her bones are more durable, in human form, her skin is still durable but can be sliced through with a thick enough blade.
Regeneration: Smaller digits and organs can regrow, arms and legs take years to restore. As long as her heart and lungs are connected to her brain she will continue to heal, however if severed she will certainly die.

History:
First Story- Spoiler:
Born on the world of Shadows, it has been prophesied that Dracia would one day inherit her family's curse and responsibility of hosting the spirit of an evil dragon within her body; known as "Chizuna". The fates state that when it occurs within Dracia she would break the seal of the dragon and it would consume her. Upon release, the dragon would then terrorize the worlds and bring an end to their existence. As the daughter of the Empress of her world, Dracia grew up learning how to do everything the 'wrong' or 'evil' way. Committing every sin imaginable because that was what she was taught. When she matured she took a mate, much to her mother's disapproval. When she finally had her first child with him, the baby died during childbirth. Her mother, seeing an opportunity, brought the babe to life in exchange for her memory. The child was housed in the body of a nearby dying Black dragon and Dracia was then manipulated and turned against her lover. Killing him when she was led to believe that he killed her child. The baby in question, however, was named "Rage," after taking her lover's life in anger, and was kept by Dracia as a pet. Unknown to her, because of her stolen memories, that it was her own child. Rage, with the memories of Dracia imbued within her, cunningly deceived the Empress and escaped to one of the many worlds called 'Earth' with her mother. Upon arrival, Dracia's memories were returned and the spell on Rage was broken; since they'd left the world where the Empress's powers ruled divine.
After some time on Earth, Dracia encountered a man named Emanulle Santos. He and Michru became part of Dracia's life and help her recover from her personal baggage. But when he goes with her to her home world he meets her mother, Empress Makura. In the end they battle and the Empress unleashes Chizuna to defeat him and to allow the dragon to consume Dracia, but Emanulle wins. The aftermath however left the land in ruins. In her final attempt to redeem herself, Makura banished Emanulle back to earth and wiped the world clean; as well as portions of Dracia and Rage's memory. It was her gift, as a mother, to give her daughter and grandchild a new life and beginning.
Rebirth- Spoiler:
When the events of the previous story drew to a close, in order to give her daughter a new beginning, Makura the former Empress to the world of Shadow drew their life forces into her own. Parts of Dracia and Rage were wiped clean yet completely erased. With these holes in their spirits missing, she summoned a Dracia and Rage from another of many Alternate Universes. These two were alive for the sake of that moment, born into darkness but unborn into life itself. Their stories weren't required where they existed. So with these new souls combining with Dracia and Rage, Makura created purified forms for her descendants. Giving them hope and a brighter future. The ability to move on without their old restraints. Making them stronger.
Taking up her mother's throne, Dracia is the new Empress and Rage her Vicereine. Creating a haven for those who have no choice in the path of life they've been put on instead of a den of sin. Together they change their world in hopes that one day the sky itself will open and shed the purest of Light; letting them know they are forgiven for their ways.

| Looks fine to me. For the poison, things like people having resistance to poison should factor into it, as well as their own biology and such for how long it takes to break down and such.
For her physical stats, it depends on the kind of tank so the weight varies a lot. If its acceptable to you, we'll go with 30 tons which is around a light/medium tank. It's also just my opinion but her dragon form should be stronger then human form. Like Reifer or Ruko for instance, their stats are cut in half in their 'lesser' forms. So its about 50 percent human form, 60 or so half state, then she gets her full stats in dragon form. But like I said though, its only my opinion so I leave that to you.
Typically, the advantages of human or half form is speed. Their full form can curbstomp them in a contest of strength and durability, but they typically suffer in speed so it balances out. Anyway, does Dracia have any enhanced reflexes/speed at all? It would also be a good idea for the size/height in her dragon form(weight too, but not necessary)

| I do prefer that she remains powerful throughout all three forms, so maybe in her dragon form she can take on, say the weight of a humpback whale (would say Orca but she's about that size in dragon form), and in human/half form she can carry 30 tons. She's an older character and has been alive longer so I think of her as one of my strongest at least in terms of strength.
And agreed, her full form is the strength and defense while her human and half forms take on speed and reflexive abilities. I will have to add in her reflexes in that case. | |
