Wind Blade: Creates a wave of wind, usually using her swords. It does piercing/cutting damage.
Wind Dome: Creates a defensive shield using her wind magic(based off her natural ability score) if it fails, it takes a few minutes before set up again.
Speed Enhancement: Using her wind magic, she can increase her speed and agility(twenty points)

Gust Volley: Creates multiple mini 'blades' of air that cut through the enemy.
Blade Volley: Ningal will cover herself in wind, then spin herself towards the enemy like a top at high speeds or more along the lines of a helicopter. This can also be used to slow down/temporary fly.
Eye Of The Storm: Her strongest technique. It's similar to Blade Volley with the fact it covers herself in wind. However, its far more intense and forms something like a tornado(though not nearly as powerful naturally) This can also be used as a shield.

History:
Ningal was an assassin for hire in her younger days, going from place to place on the various jobs. While even back then she made sure to do some research before agreeing on a target, it still wasn't always cut and dry. She had been questioning her line of work seeing it ultimately as pointless after a while. However, the straw that broke the camel's back was finding out one of her targets hadn't deserved it anyway and she had been duped rather well.
Ningal left her work after that, changing her name and dropping off the map for years. For a long time she simply wandered until she found Ty's village in her travels. It's unknown exactly what happened, but she ended up agreeing to work with the village if a bit reluctantly.
Since she wasn't around during the time many began to dislike Ty, she had no prior issues with him. Instead she see's him something like a brother almost. In the present, she works on trying to make amends for things she has broken, no matter how meager that might be.
