Personality: Tica does whatever she pleases or whatever tickles her fancy at the time. She speaks her mind and isn't afraid. She can be kind to those she considers her friends, but is somewhat slow to trust people at times.
Powers: Super Strength, speed, endurance and reflexes. Portals. Can create energy-like blade of dark energy that shoots from her Scythe that cuts things in half. Energy whip
Restrictions: Her energy-blade attack can only cut through things her Scythe can cut through normally, it drains on her energy as well. If her Scythe is broken, her energy blades made by hand aren't as sharp. Portals can only be used six times a day and drain her of energy as well. The energy whip is about as durable as her own energy(natural ability score) and can extend to a range of max fourteen feet.

History: Not a whole lot is known about Tica. It's said she was a former angel from another realm, but other then that is unknown. What is known is she gave up being a normal angel on purpose for reasons only she knows. She wasn't really a good or nice person initially but during the years and time spending wandering around has mellowed her spirit a great deal. Now she simply wanders trying to find a place she feels more at peace at.
