Night Owl: Able to stay up late and sleep little as well as waking up early the same time every day. Has also been able to go on without any sleep at all. There are no visible signs of fatigue and she can function like a normal person.

Sixth Sense: Able to see ghosts and all manners of spirits or things not of this world.
Medium: Clara can feel what ghosts are feeling, see them, hear them, and speak to them. Even touch them. Although the same goes for ghosts, they perceive her in the same way although they know she's of the living.

Personality: A very shy, introverted girl who rarely talks to people. The few friends she has are the ones that ask for the answers to the test or for homework, but most of the time they leave her alone when they realize she doesn't talk very much. Though she seems weak she has a strong will and isn't in any way seeking pity. She just deals with a lot of things and keeps her problems to herself.

Powers:
Transparency (LOCKED): The ability to render oneself invisible. Usually occurs when something unexpected happens or she sees someone she doesn't want to confront. Most of the time she can't control this ability. When she can, she must concentrate on a feeling of absolute emptiness, of not being there at all. She can see her own body faintly when this occurs for the simple necessity of being able to see what she's doing with her hands, but when successful no one else can.
Phasing (LOCKED): To be able to drift through solid matter such as walls, furniture, even other people. This is an especially difficult ability to master as parts of her can become lost when doing so. But if she can perfect it, Clara will be able to shift through space like a ghost.
Phase-Transparency (LOCKED): Able to combine both abilities and render herself invisible while also slipping through matter. Thus making her the perfect spy… or maybe just the best class skipper in school.
Drift (LOCKED): Able to float about twenty feet high, as well as a small mixture of Phasing. For this, Phasing must be mastered. It is like flying but she can only move so high and she can move about.
Astral Projection (LOCKED): When she falls asleep, Clara's soul can leave her body and venture out into the world. In this form she can become a powerful 'ghost' and can move things in the real world without being seen by the human eye. Other ghosts, of course, will also see her as a ghost; very few will be able to determine that she actually just left her body.
Ultimate Ability - Ghost Retention (LOCKED): When her physical body dies, Clara's spirit will remain. Technically speaking, as long as her ghostly form does not move on, she will remain tied to Earth through her pact bond. If Tanith masters a certain level of Necromancy and Alchemy, she can craft a fake body for Clara to reanimate.

Restrictions:
Medium: Being a medium is extremely terrifying as most of the ghosts she encounters aren't friendly.
Transparency only lasts as long as her mind is clear. As soon as she feels an emotion or becomes flustered she instantly loses her cool and resumes being seen.
Phasing is difficult enough on its own but with the added risk of leaving a part of her body, clothing, or items behind it is better to practice extensively before attempting full-body phasing.
Drifting is limited to up to ten feet above whatever she's hovering around. For example, if she's drifting over the school building she'd have to remain on the roof. If she fell off its not very likely that she'd survive unless she could pull herself together and concentrate on drifting; even then she'd be ten feet above the ground. To be able to Drift, she has to think of herself as lighter than air.
Astral Projection: A time limit of three hours. Probably the most dangerous aspect is that if she leaves her body, without being protected by magic, another ghost can possess her. There is the possibility that she could be exorcised if stuck as a ghost and someone notices her moving things in the real world but, so long as her physical form is untouched, she can return to her body. In this form she can hold up against other ghosts that can usually hurt her when in her real body.
Ghost Retention is only available as long as she bonds with Tanith. If she does not then her soul will move on. In a pact though, her spirit will remain and 'haunt' Tanith.

History: Clara was as normal a girl as they could get. She was quiet, gentle, and caring and everyone loved her. Before she moved, that is. Her father got a better job in the city and without any objection from the family, everyone looking forward to a newer, brighter future, they all moved. The house they found was quaint, right beside the bus stop even, and just ten minutes away from her father's work. The neighborhood was safe and her mother could find another job that was in the strip mall or shopping plaza nearby. The best part was, their new home came at a cheap price. Why? No one but Clara would come to know.
The house they'd lived in before was one that her family had had for many years. It had been built in the 20s and her grandparents put work into it when it hadn't been built properly and since then they stayed there. When their son, Clara's father, went to college and got a job he eventually returned to take care of his parents and manage the home. They'd both passed away since then and he and his new wife stayed there. Not long after, they had their sweet Clara. It was when she was about five years old that she started talking about her grandparents. Her mother and father had never really told her much about them and when she began telling them stories about a young man and woman who sat in the living room talking to her when she came home from school. Her parents couldn't believe her, convinced that she'd found some old things in the basement or something. That didn't bother her though, Clara enjoyed talking to the ghosts of her loving grandparents who doted on her and continued telling her their story until there was nothing left to tell. When that happened, she was fourteen years old. One year later, they moved. And then hell began.
Their new home in the city was old. Built before her previous one was and remodeled several times to meet the modern building standards. Many people had moved in and out of the home and each one had their own baggage. Most of them brought negative energy with them. The first month the Littles lived in their home, strange little things happened. Small items would be moved or disappear. Car keys, pens, cosmetics would end up on the opposite side of the room or in another room altogether. Then bigger items moved. The chairs, the books, things would start shaking for no reason. It wasn't until Clara came home, alone since her parents worked until six, that she saw a woman sitting at the dining table. She greeted her gently and when the woman finally realized she could see her, all hell broke loose.
When the Littles returned home from work, their daughter was crying and trembling in the corner of the living room. Pale and terrified. Nothing they could do would soothe her.
After that, Clara tried not to talk about her experiences. Every night, the restless and angry spirits would torment her. Pull her hair, pinch her, threaten her. And that was how she came into her power.
