The nature of her energy allows her to preserve things--anything from sensations to objects to people--allowing them a high degree of resistance to change, whether that be physical (ie; damage) or more esoteric, such as transmutation.

Restrictions: Healing depends on the severity of the wound. Because of the nature of her power--that of preservation--she can survive things that even her mother cannot... for a time, anyway. The 'aura' is quite tiring and is better suited for defense than offense.

Self-Preservation: Channels her devil energy into her body (or, preferably, body part) to fortify it against change--physical or otherwise.
Devilish Array - Her preferred offensive move. Generates a beam of devil energy--or multiple beams--with which to attack an enemy. Can be used with but a thought, and, during her tenure as an overlord, Mikayla often never left the comfort of her throne to deal with challengers, instead simply filling the air with these beams.
Dire Blade - Basically an energy blade formed out of her devil energy. Because of the preservation effect, it is very, very stable and thus can be made far thinner (and thus, sharper) than one would expect.
Aegis - An energy shield. Due to the nature of her energy, it is very, very reslient.

Maelstrom - Creates a storm of devil energy centered on Mikayla. Can vary in size from the immediate area to a much larger area of effect.
Prinnystorm- Summons countless prinnies from a portal that rain down and explode, causing incredible damage to an opponent in the most humiliating fashion possible. Silly to behold, but surprisingly effective.

History:
Mikayla was born to one Mikata Ikaruga and her husband many, many years ago. Her early life was nomadic, spent travelling with her family. Back then things were so simple... all she wanted was to be a dancer like her mother, to entertain and excite people as she did. And then, one day, it was all ripped away from her.
Her family was killed--or so she believed--and due to a reflexive usage of her inborn realm travel abilities, she ended up, alone and scared, on a particularly dangerous Netherworld. For many, this would mean a quick death. Perhaps that would have been a mercy for the young Mikayla.
But it was in her nature to persevere, to survive. For years--decades, she fought and struggled and prevailed against odds that, frankly, might as well have been considered impossible. Soon (relative to how long she's lived) she found herself having usurped the position of overlord from its previous holder--by force.
However, netherworld demons being what they are, there were constant challenges to her position. One wrong move, one iota of misplaced trust and she would lose it all... and possibly, likely, even her life. As a result, over the years, she grew callous, distrustful, and paranoid.... and stuck in her ways. Deep down, the sweet girl she'd been as a child was still there, but it was buried under years of pain, fear, and isolation.
And then one day, seemingly on a whim, she quit, leaving her netherworld and the position of overlord to, of all things, a human chef... and his adopted half-saiyan sister. She left her netherworld for the last time and went to the Earthrealm, in search of... something better. Someplace she could belong, without fear of betrayal. Whether or not she can find such a place has yet to be seen...
