General Summary: A boisterous, cheerful man out to live life to the fullest. Due to the nature of Milletians, he has an endless amount of sand in his hourglass, and he doesn’t intend to waste a single grain regardless. From building houses, to building castles, to wandering the wilderness, to challenging dungeons, to founding a church - Sebastian is a bold, adventurous man out to do everything he possibly can. He will not back down from any challenge made unless it would be utterly foolhardy to accept… Though he goes without armor and weapons explicitly to make battles more challenging. A good-natured, easy-going man who wears his heart on his sleeve… er, bicep.

Skills

Construction: One of many things Sebastian has done is construct a stone tower, which he later converted into a chapel for Nao. By himself, material harvesting and all. His architectural skills aren’t particularly impressive, but he can build a good, solid building given time and resources. The aforementioned tower stands at three stories and took him as many days once materials had been gathered.

Combat Mastery: An experienced fighter who goes out of his way to seek battle (when he doesn’t have anything else to do) Sebastian is well-versed in reading his opponents, countering their strikes, and adapting even when he misses or is struck. It takes an equally experienced, skilled fighter to catch him off guard.

Fist Mastery: Sebastian makes a point of using his bare hands for everything he can get away with. From breaking stone, to punching through armor and bone, to catching arrows and blades… His skill with and ability to use his hands for combat and utility is simply inhuman due to his constant practice.

Stonecutting: One of many things Sebastian has done is construct a stone tower, which he later converted into a chapel for Nao. By himself, material harvesting and all. It took him a day of constant practice to figure out the best method to sheer stone. Then another three days of similar effort to figure out how to do it bare-handed. Then a single day to gather enough for the tower, and another three to carry it all to the construction site. He’s an efficient harvester; the speed at which he cuts stone depends mostly on the size of stone blocks one wants cut. He lacks precision, and can’t reliably break away anything much smaller than he is.

Treecutting: One of many things Sebastian has done is construct a stone tower, which he later converted into a chapel for Nao. By himself, material harvesting and all. The most difficulty he had with wood gathering was processing it after knocking the trees down - stripping them bare of leafs and limbs and then breaking them into planks. For this, he had to resign himself to using tools - the wood simply splintered when he tried using his hands in a fashion similar to the stone above.

Abilities

Steel Guard: A result of taking the standard ‘Defense’ skill to the extreme, Sebastian is capable of not only deflecting enemy attacks with minimal damage, but doing so actively and consecutively without pause. Furthermore, even if a blow does get through, his body has been hardened to such a point that his sheer vigor is enough to defend against nearly anything as well. Such a ‘passive’ block essentially allows him to convert stamina into temporary durability, in statistical function.

Focused Blows: Sebastian is well practiced at attacking his opponents bare handed. He doesn’t waste any energy with his strikes and is capable of delivering the full force of his blow directly to his enemy without loss. In effect, his hands might as well be pointed warheads.

Powers/Restrictions

Immunity to Death: Like all Milletians, Sebastian simply cannot die. He can, upon sustaining enough damage, enter a near-death state, but this isn’t permanent and he will resuscitate within the hour - though he’ll be tired for some time afterward. However, while Milletians cannot be killed they can be possessed, bewitched, and deceived. That said, even though they can be possessed, any invading entity will be purged from them if they enter their ‘false-death’ state.

Immunity to Time: Like all Milletians, Sebastian will not age beyond physical maturity. No matter how long the years weigh on him, he will remain as youthful as ever due to this agelessness. Peculiarly, though, he - like all Milletians - actually ages many times faster than a normal being, at a rate of roughly a year per week, until the point at which he stops.

Reincarnation: With Nao’s assistance, Sebastian - like all Milletians - is capable of reincarnating. During reincarnation, he can choose to regress in age, to a minimum of ten years old, or advance in age to a maximum of sixteen years old. Additionally, hair color, eye color, facial structure, and even gender can all be changed. Sebastian’s name will always remain the same, however, as Nao solemnly promises to remember it --- this is due to the identity issues that can crop up amongst Milletians, whose forms are so very mutable to themselves. This power was only used by Sebastian once, immediately upon becoming a Milletian, to adopt his current form.

Unlimited Potential: As a Milletian, Sebastian has “unlimited potential.” Any skill he works at, he can continue refining indefinitely - even beyond human limits and, indeed, the limits of reality itself, to the point of impossibility. It takes time to reach such levels, however. Years of constant practice. Similarly, they can train their bodies indefinitely as well, though to that there is a limit; albeit far beyond the scope of a mortal being.

General Synopsis: Prior to his death and reincarnation, Sebastian was a chronically ill child who had lost the use of his limbs by the time of his death. Thus, when Nao reincarnated him and gifted him with such a healthy body, he was determined not to waste the opportunity and is an extremely active, energetic individual. It should be stressed that he is not merely putting up a facade, and is truly as jovial and vigorous as his demeanor would suggest.

Approved. Stats are rather high, its not a big deal just didn't know the higher level characters were around that range but I know so little of the power scale of the Mabi verse.
