Personality:
Celosia has something of a dual persona. To the public, she has a reputation as a calm and refined figure, dutifly working for the benefit of Acor and her people, as well as acting as an advisor for generations of Acor's leaders. One might liken her to a kind and wise grandmother, gently guiding her grandchildren--in this case, the Acorian people as a whole--down the right path. This is not an inaccurate image, but it is... incomplete.
In private, with friends, family, and lovers, she's... playful, subtly flirtatious, very passionate and affectionate, and, some might say, a bit of immature for her age, being fond of pranks, though hardly malicious ones.

Restrictions: Even without body reinforcement, she is quite strong, being able to lift between five and six tons, withstand heavy blows from people as strong as her, and even dodge bullets, provided they're not fired a point-blank range.
Intense enough flames can bypass her fire immunity, though given the extent to which she's trained her powers, it would require a fire manipulator of truly outstanding ability and power to achieve this.
Can generate her own flames naturally or using magic, as well as use them to fly, albeit with less mobility than with magical flight.
The Acorian side of her powers are generally less developed than her Farian ones.

Body Reinforcement - A spell that empowers Celosia's body to the level listed in her stats.
Flight - A spell that allows Celosia to fly.
Energy Sense - The ability to sense energy. Celosia can sense most types of energy to an extent, thoough she is most adept at sensing magical energy and "natural" energy, with her ability to sense ki being a bit less refined than those two, and her ability to sense psychic energy being her weakest area.
Great Combustion - A basic fire technique. Celosia snaps her fingers, sending out a fast, barely-perceptible spark at the enemy, which ignites them upon contact.
Nine-tails: One of Celosia's favored techniques. Creates eight additional "tails" of flame that can be uses to attack enemies and, to a lesser extent, defend.
Warmth of Ages: More of a supportive techniques. Coats Celosia (or the target) in a comfortably warm cloak of flames, protecting them from cold temperatures
Cloak of Flames - Similar to the Warmth of Ages, but this one burns enemies that touch it. Obviously, used to enhance physical strikes and discourage enemies from approaching her in melee.
Moths to a Flame: A spell that, when cast, attracts flames--especially Celosia's--to the target. Developed to minimize collateral damage.

Super Techniques:
Once in a Blue Moon: A famous, though seldom-used technique. By expending all of the energy she uses to generate flames, Celosia can create a conflageration of intense blue flames capable of destroying entire moons. In the past, she used this to set one of Acor's moons on fire to destroy a colony of slavers/poachers and the like. If used in tandem with Moths to a Flame, the resultant concentration of fire is capable of killing or severely injuring those with planet-level durability, with minimum collateral damage. Leaves her utterly exhausted after a single use, however, and requires about a month to recover fully.

History: Celosia was born to Adol Helios, a Farian that ended up on Acor and took an Acorian mate, Zenovia, nearly a millenium ago. Due to a sense of duty and... circumstances that were really beyond her control, Celosia ended up becoming a legendary figure in Acorian history and mythology.
Her full history is shrouded in myth, but what is known is that early on in her life she lost her mate and children to off-worlders--poachers, slavers, and hunters. That experience... changed her, and over the course of the next few decades, she rose to prominence as a protector of sorts. Wherever off-worlds would terrorize innocent Acorians, she would soon arrive to drive off or kill those off-worlders. She became a hero to her people and something of a boogeyman to those who would trample over the rights of said people. This mostly solitary battle against hostile off-worlders lasted for centuries, but ultimately, her efforts kept pressure off the Acorians long enough for the race as a whole to advance far enough, technologically, that hunting or enslaving Acorians en masse simply wasn't economically feasible.
Having settled into a more advisory and behind-the-scenes role since (relative) peace was achieved, Celosia has worked tirelessly to ensure Acor's continued prosperity. Occasionally, she would have to take up the mantle of physical protector again, but, for the most part, she worked towards that prosperity with words, not war. In recent years, Celosia has begun agitating for the creation of a group of powerful fighters to fend off any threats that the normal military would be ill-equipped to handle. That way, even without her, Acor will at least be physically safe. Only time will tell if she succeeds in bringing this desire, this plan to fruition.
